 New Art Cart for the Babylon Gallery. Thanks to the generosity of City of Ely Council, the Babylon Gallery has recently taken delivery of a mobile Art Cart in which to store all the materials for their family art activities.
“This a fantastic resource because it means we can now store all our craft materials in one place and easily accessible. Being mobile means that we can move it around the gallery in response to each exhibition. We are very grateful to Ely City Council for providing the funds to purchase it”.

Art Exchange & Art Auction Saturday 8 June - Saturday 15 June

Art Exchange bring, buy & sell your artwork.  Saturday 8 June - Saturday 15 June 12 noon —4pm. Drop off sessions the previous week. Tired of the pictures on your wall?  The ceramics on your shelves? Refresh your collection, make some money and support your local galler! Bring your pre-loved contemporary artwork down to the Babylon Gallery and we will display it for you in our professional gallery setting.  Small fee of £3.60 per item and 20% (plus VAT) of the final selling price. will go to Discover Babylon our artist bursary fund, you get the rest!  To find out more call us on 01353 616991 or email office@adec.org.uk Drop-off sessions :  Tuesday 4 June: 11am-2pm & Wednesday 5 June: 11am-2pm & 6pm– 8pm

Work from talented East Anglian artists & makers Saturday 22 June – Sunday 11 August 2013

Our annual exhibition features some of the best of contemporary craft in the East Anglian region. The exhibition will run from 22 June – 11 August, We have selected work from over 30 talented professional makers from throughout the region. Work will include vibrant and exciting contemporary ceramics, textiles, jewellery, prints, glass and wood. Prices range from around £10 up to several hundred pounds.
